  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, only if extra sweetness is desired)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dates – Remove the pits from the dates. If they are dry, soak them in warm water for 10–15 minutes to soften, then drain.

  • Blend Until Smooth – Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If needed, blend longer to remove any date chunks.
  • Adjust Consistency & Taste – Taste the shake and adjust by adding more milk for a thinner texture or extra dates/honey for sweetness. Blend again if needed.
  • Serve & Enjoy – Pour into a glass, optionally garnish with chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon, and serve immediately for the freshest taste!

Notes

  • Use Soft Dates for Easy Blending – Medjool dates work best. If using dry dates, soak them before blending.
